Everyone needs sleep.
Many people aren’t getting enough of it.
The reality is, so many people are stressed to the point of disrupting their daily lives.
Their overload often creates symptomatic problems that can result in larger health issues.
When it comes to stress, the body might respond in ways that seem to sabotage you further.
Think about that.
You are stressed and stretched thin.
Sleep could help you reset your mental capacity and lower your stress levels, but the stress you are feeling might make it hard to sleep.
You can’t relax because you are too stressed.
But, not sleeping causes you more fatigue, difficulty completing your task list for the day and more stress.
It’s a vicious cycle.
And, it’s not even our fault.
Our systems were made to go hand-in-hand.
One study linked sleep, stress and circadian rhythm disruption to Alzheimer’s disease.
As we mentioned above, the study found that there was a vicious cycle that occurred with stress and SCRD (sleep and circadian rhythm disruption) that led to more intense Alzheimer’s disease:
“In particular, the role of stress on Alzheimer’s disease (AD) has been intensively studied while the relationship between sleep and circadian rhythm disruption (SCRD) and AD have recently emerged. SCRD has always been thought to be a corollary of AD pathologies until recently, multiple lines of evidence converge on the notion that SCRD might be a contributing factor in AD pathogenesis.. [T]he interaction between stress and SCRD bi-directionally and synergistically exacerbate AD pathologies and cognitive impairment. AD, in turn, worsens stress and SCRD and forms the vicious cycle that perpetuates and amplifies AD.”
And, while the vicious cycle becomes more apparent with the intensity of Alzheimer’s, it is also disruptive to those who are not struggling with a disease.
Within our brains, there is an unmistakable connection between these three areas and researchers are working to understand exactly where that is located.
According to one study from Japan:
“Researchers have found a new neural pathway that links the circadian clock, stress, and wakefulness in mammals. They identified a neuron that becomes excessively active when the mammal is under stress, which could trigger insomnia and other sleep disorders.”
The study noted that it was already clear stress and the circadian rhythm were linked.
What wasn’t clear was which pathway was responsible for that connection until this new breakthrough discovery.
The circadian clock is our internal system that regulates our sleep and wake cycles.
Our circadian rhythms follow a 24-hour cycle and are impacted by things, like daylight.
Jet-lag is a common example of the circadian clock being off because of a sudden change in time zones.
To improve your circadian rhythm, you should:
This link between stress and sleep is why our Stress and Sleep supplements go hand-in-hand.
During the day, you need to reduce your fight-or-flight response, allowing your brain to relax when it isn’t facing imminent danger.
The body and mind weren’t meant to stay in a perpetual state of stress!
And, during the night, you need to find a supplement that is going to give your body the fuel it needs to calm down, relax and fully dive into deep sleep cycles.
Even if you are setting aside the time to sleep, constant waking or insomnia can undermine your attempts to get better sleep.
You can get a lot of benefit from nature.
Within plants, we find all kinds of incredible (completely natural) chemicals and nutrients.
Certain ingredients can really make us feel good and change our natural proclivities.
With the Stress supplement, you are able to calm your mind without feeling sleepy.
You will feel less attached to the ideas causing stress and more in control.
It helps you make choices based on your rationality and not from a place of reaction.
With the Sleep supplement, you will feel tired and ready to rest for the night.
It won’t make you groggy or foggy the next day.
It will help you get to deeper sleep cycles and enjoy longer REM cycles for fuller relaxation.
You will wake up feeling much more prepared to face the day.
Together, these powerful supplements will change your approach to life.
But, our supplements aren’t like the average supplement.
Most supplements on the market use cheaper ingredients and delivery systems that just don’t provide the nutrients directly to your system.
You can take the supplements and only get around 50% of what is measured out into the suggested serving size.
Knowing how much you are getting becomes a guessing game.
Or, you could get Anointed Nutrition supplements that utilize nanotechnology to break ingredients into microscopic particles for superior absorption.
We use quality ingredients and want to make sure your body is getting every drop.
So, our nanotechnology approach helps make the particles small enough they are absorbed before you even swallow.
Our NanoZorb technology helps the particles stay that small so that they don’t regroup after they are created.
You need better sleep and you need less stress in your life.
When you approach your wellness with supplements designed to help you relax and rest, you will find you are more productive.
We want to help people realize their full potential by supporting their bodies with healthy products.
Healthy bodies and productive lifestyles come from practising good habits, including:
Getting enough sleep (more than 7 hours) every day
Following a regular schedule for your circadian clock
Making choices to reduce your daily level of stress
If you are struggling to get quality sleep, feeling the symptoms of high stress, experiencing burnout or feeling fatigued during the day, you need to try Anointed Nutrition Sleep and Stress.
