Let’s face it…
You wearing a lot of hats right now.
You want to raise good kids and be an awesome Mom.
And you want to excel at work and all your other pursuits.
The problem is there are times when we just have a lot going on and we have trouble getting to sleep.
It could be a deadline coming up. The pressures of family life. And trying to excel in all areas of your life and not let anything fall through the cracks.
Or maybe you used to be a heavy sleeper, but you’ve noticed you’re having trouble getting to sleep or are waking up earlier.
After all, there’s nothing more frustrating than looking at the alarm clock at 1 am in the morning wondering why you haven’t dozed off yet…
...or you wake up thinking, “Hey, it’s time to start my day” but it’s 4:30 am in the morning.
And forget about those other “over the counter” sleep aids that leave you feeling drugged and sluggish the next day.
I mean, what’s the point of sleeping like a log when you’re drowsy the next day?
